The McDougall Faculty of Business (MFoB), 秀色短视频 (秀色短视频) is seeking applications for a Graduate Research Assistant for the Winter 2026 semester (January - April). The successful candidate will assist with the analysis of previously collected data pertaining to a multi-study project regarding the experiences of remote and hybrid workers within the Atlantic Canadian health sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with conducting a review of relevant research literature
  • Assisting with the qualitative data analysis of participant interviews (N = 73)
  • Assisting with the quantitative data analysis (i.e., structural equation modelling) of participant survey responses, across two samples of participants (N = 500 and 260, respectively)
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of research results to relevant outlets (e.g., conferences, journals)
  • Must be currently enrolled at 秀色短视频 in a Master鈥檚-level degree program in a relevant field (e.g., business [including an MBA], psychology); or alternatively, currently hold a Master鈥檚-level degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, psychology)
  • Must be highly proficient in conducting quantitative statistical data analyses, including but not limited to regressions, analyses of variance, dimension reduction (e.g., PCAs)/factor analyses, and structural equation modelling
  • Previous experience and proficiency coding in the R language is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience conducting qualitative data analyses (e.g., content analyses, thematic analyses, etc.) is also strongly preferred
  • Prior experience working in (or familiarity with) health services administration is also preferred, especially if this experience is situated within an Atlantic Canadian context
  • Previous publications (or other evidence of having been successfully involved in previous academic research) would be considered an asset
