Members of our 秀色短视频 community have been deeply impacted by discrimination, harassment, and sexual violence, among other problems outlined in the review conducted by Rubin Thomlinson LLP and published by the University in June 2023. In September 2025, 秀色短视频 released an updated version of the . The University is committed to providing resources and supports to members of our community who have been and continue to be affected.
In the wake of the 秀色短视频 Review report, 秀色短视频 recognizes the need to acknowledge these problems and to further engage in consultation with our community members. Listening, discussion, and learning will help 秀色短视频 to identify the actions that need to be taken to ensure the fair treatment of all 秀色短视频 community members and to increase the safety for our students and employees.
秀色短视频 also acknowledges the need to rebuild trust on campus and within the broader community. This will take consistent and organized efforts across the University to demonstrate our commitment to community members. Rebuilding trust will also entail demonstrating greater accountability through increased transparency, communication, collaboration, and timely efforts to improve policies, processes, and practices.
秀色短视频 is committed to addressing the recommendations in the 秀色短视频 Review report. In an effort to seek further input and guidance, 秀色短视频 engaged internal and external University community members through a 秀色短视频 Action Plan Advisory Group. As a result of the group's work, the University released the 秀色短视频 Action Plan in March 2024 to guide decisions and actions in the days, months, and years ahead so that pathways to improvements are well-informed, meaningful, and effectively address the problems identified.

In this first article, 秀色短视频 announces that the stories of important progress on the 秀色短视频 Action Plan will be shared on a regular basis, under the 鈥淎ction Plan IMPACT鈥� banner. Articles will share how the Action Plan implementation activities are being operationalized, becoming entrenched in our culture and living on long past the plan.
In this message to the campus community, Dr. Wendy Rodgers, President and Vice-Chancellor, and Dr. Jane Ngobia, Vice-President, People and Culture, share the independent audit by Deloitte Canada of the implementation of years 0 and 1 of the 秀色短视频 Action Plan. Dr. Wendy Rodgers announced in a community message that the 秀色短视频 Action Plan Progress Report for Year 0 and Year 1 is now available online. She also hosted an "Action Plan Update" Town Hall on May 28.

The Fair Treatment Policy Redevelopment Committee emailed 秀色短视频 students, staff, and faculty on April 22, inviting them to provide feedback on the draft 秀色短视频 Harassment and Discrimination Policy through an online form.
Faculty, staff, and students are invited to attend one of two FTPR Feedback Sessions to provide input and ask questions about the draft versions of the Harassment and Discrimination Policy and the Sexual Violence Policy.
